Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your order. If you are not satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days after your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging when possible. To start a return, contact us at bryrichh@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue.

After we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are sent back to the original payment method. Your bank or card company may take extra time to post the refund.

Some items may not be eligible for return for hygiene or safety reasons if they have been opened or used. This may include personal care tools, beauty accessories, and other products where safe resale is not possible.
